The Stainless Steel Explosion-proof Magnetic Pump is a specialized centrifugal pump engineered for leak-free, safe fluid transfer in explosive and corrosive environments. It integrates advanced magnetic drive technology, explosion-proof design, and high-grade stainless steel construction, eliminating the risk of medium leakage and ignitionmaking it a core equipment choice for industries with strict safety and corrosion resistance requirements.

1. Core Working Principle

This pump adopts a magnetic coupling drive structure to replace traditional mechanical seals, fundamentally solving leakage issues. Its working process is as follows:
  • The motor (equipped with an explosion-proof enclosure) drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate;
  • The magnetic force of the outer rotor is transmitted through the isolation sleeve (made of stainless steel) to drive the inner magnetic rotor and impeller synchronously;
  • The rotating impeller generates centrifugal force, sucking the fluid into the pump cavity from the inlet and pushing it out from the outlet to complete the transfer;
  • The isolation sleeve completely separates the inner magnetic rotor (in contact with the fluid) from the outer magnetic rotor (connected to the motor), ensuring no direct contact between the drive part and the fluidachieving 100% leak-free operation.
