PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

An air release valve is an automatic control valve installed at the highest or local high points in a pipeline system. Its core functions are to discharge accumulated air in the pipeline, prevent air locks, eliminate water hammer, and provide negative pressure protection, ensuring efficient, safe, and stable operation of the fluid system.

Working Principle:When gas accumulates, the liquid level inside the valve drops, causing the float/piston closure member to fall and opening the exhaust port for air release. Once the pipeline is filled with liquid, the float rises and the exhaust port closes automatically to prevent medium leakage. When the system is under negative pressure, the valve automatically draws in air to avoid pipeline deformation or rupture.
