PRODUCT FEATURES

• Zero external leakage, extremely high safety: The fully welded structure completely eliminates the leakage channels of flange and bolt connections, achieving theoretical zero external leakage, suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic and valuable media.
• High structural strength, strong adaptability to working conditions: The overall welded structure has high rigidity, which can withstand high pressure, temperature fluctuations, soil pressure, earthquakes and water hammer shocks, not easy to deform or crack.
• Corrosion-resistant, suitable for buried installation: The continuous and smooth valve body surface can be fully coated with FBE or 3LPE anti-corrosion layer; without flange gaps and bolt holes (corrosion weak points), it can be directly buried underground without large valve pits.
• Low flow resistance, high flow capacity: Straight-through full bore design with extremely low fluid resistance, low pressure loss and high transmission efficiency.
• Quick opening/closing, easy operation: The ball can be opened and closed by rotating 90, with precision machining and spring-loaded seats, the operating torque is small, easy for manual or driven operation.
• Long service life, maintenance-free: No external bolts to tighten, reliable and wear-resistant sealing, service life of 20~30 years under normal working conditions, basically maintenance-free during the period.
• Lightweight and economical: Compared with flange ball valves of the same specification, the weight is reduced by 15%~30%, with less material consumption and low transportation and installation costs.
• Fire-safe, anti-static and explosion-proof: Compliant with API 607 fire-safe standard; equipped with anti-static structure, valve stem resistance < 10 ohms; valve stem anti-blowout and explosion-proof design.
