PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

High-pressure valves refer to industrial valves with a nominal pressure (PN) ranging from 10.0 MPa to 80.0 MPa; those with a nominal pressure 100 MPa are classified as ultra-high-pressure valves. These fluid control devices are specifically designed for harsh working conditions involving high pressure, high temperature, and strong corrosion. Their core functions include cutting off, connecting, and regulating the flow and pressure of media, ensuring the safe and stable operation of high-pressure systems.
High-pressure valves are mostly constructed with an integral forging structure and enhanced sealing design. Compared with ordinary valves, they offer higher structural strength, sealing reliability, and anti-fatigue performance, making them critical equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power, and metallurgy. Common types include high-pressure ball valves, high-pressure globe valves, high-pressure gate valves, high-pressure safety valves, and high-pressure check valves.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  1. Pressure Parameters
    • Nominal Pressure (PN): National standard: PN10, 16, 25, 40, 64, 100, 160, 250, 320, 420, etc.; American standard: Class 600, 900, 1500, 2500, 4500, etc.
    • Working Pressure: Generally corresponds to the nominal pressure. For some working conditions, pressure rating conversion is required based on temperature.
    • Test Pressure: The shell test is conducted at 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the seal test at 1.1 times the nominal pressure, with longer pressure holding times and stricter testing standards.

    • Nominal Diameter (DN): Conventional DN3~350mm; ultra-high-pressure valves are mostly small-diameter (DN15~50mm).

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • High-strength structural body adopts forging technology with dense and defect-free material, thickened wall, and strong resistance to high-pressure deformation and impact.
  • High-reliability sealing mainly adopts metal hard seal or metal + reinforced soft seal. Some designs use pressure self-sealing structures, where the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal, resulting in extremely low leakage rate (up to ANSI Class V~VI level).
