"O" Type Cut-off Ball Valve

Product Introduction

The "O" type cut-off ball valve features a full-bore ball core with a high rated flow coefficient and low flow resistance. The ball core surface is specially hardened for smoothness and wear resistance. The valve seat is sealed with carbon fiber-reinforced PTFE, minimizing seat wear and providing excellent sealing performance, long service life, and strong cutting capability. Actuators are available in high-performance double-piston gear rack, fork-type, or electronic electric configurations, offering high transmission efficiency and compact structure.

Product Features

Valve Seat Limit Structure (Torque Stability)

The valve seat sealing ring is properly preloaded and limited, significantly reducing operating torque. A spring at the bottom of the seat maintains torque stability.
Anti-Blowout Stem Design (Safety & Reliability)

The bottom-loaded stem prevents it from being blown out by excessive medium pressure, eliminating safety hazards.
Fire-Safe Design (Sealing After Fire Exposure)

The soft seat is a combined structure of a stainless steel seat with a sealing face wrapped in PTFE. A small gap exists between the stainless steel seat and the ball. If the PTFE ring is destroyed by fire, the floating ball is pressed against the stainless steel seat by medium pressure, and the seat spring pushes the seat toward the ball, creating a metal-to-metal seal.
Anti-Static Device (Static Electricity Discharge)

An easily installed anti-static device keeps the ball, stem, and valve body continuously connected, discharging static electricity generated by friction during operation.
Standard Actuators
