PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

A steam butterfly valve is a special valve designed for working conditions such as steam, high-temperature hot water and thermal oil. Most adopt a triple-offset metal hard seal structure, realizing cut-off and flow regulation by 90 rotation of the disc. The valve body is made of high-temperature and high-pressure resistant materials, with hard alloy overlay on the sealing surface. It can withstand the scouring of saturated steam and superheated steam, featuring good tightness, anti-deformation and aging resistance. It is widely used in power plants, heating supply, chemical industry and HVAC thermal pipeline systems.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Suitable for saturated and superheated steam service. Withstands high temperature and pressure. The thickened valve body avoids deformation and leakage under high temperature.
  2. Triple-offset metal hard seal with hard alloy surfacing, anti-oxidation and anti-steam erosion. Reach ANSI Class VI tight shutoff, bi-directional, no steam leakage.
  3. Extended stem and heat dissipation structure isolate high-temperature conduction, protect electric and pneumatic actuators, extend service life and ensure safe operation.
  4. Streamlined disc with low flow resistance and high flow capacity. 90 rotary fast opening/closing, ideal for quick shutoff and regulation in steam pipelines.
  5. Optimized structure adapts to steam condensate conditions, anti-cavitation and thermal shock resistant. No jamming or failure under frequent operation.
  6. Compact and lightweight, save installation space. Modular design for easy disassembly and maintenance with low cost.
