Product Description

Pneumatic fixed ball valves are mainly used in industries such as natural gas, petroleum products, chemical engineering, metallurgy, urban construction, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals and food processing. Among them, the sulphur-resistant series is suitable for long-distance natural gas pipelines with hydrogen sulphide media, high impurities and severe corrosion.

 Body Structure The body of a fixed ball valve can be designed as a cast structure, forged structure or fully welded structure according to customer requirements and actual working conditions. Among them, fully welded ball valves are mainly suitable for underground burial applications.

  Seat Sealing Structure Depending on pressure level, medium characteristics and sealing requirements, fixed ball valves can adopt front sealing, rear sealing or double sealing (front and rear) structures.

 Automatic Pressure Relief Structure In the event of abnormal pressure buildup in the cavity, single-sealed ball valves feature an automatic pressure relief function, while double-sealed ball valves relieve pressure through an additional pressure relief device on the body.

 Emergency Sealing Rescue: When leakage occurs due to damage to seat or stem seals, sealant injected via the grease injection valve provides an instant emergency sealing effect.

  Fire-Safe Structure: Ball valves can be designed with a fire-safe structure as required by working conditions and customers. Fire-safe design complies with standards including API 607, API 6FA and JB/T 6899. In case of fire that damages soft seals, the fire-safe structure prevents massive medium leakage and stops fire spread.

 Anti-Static Structure: During valve operation, friction between the ball and seats generates static electricity that accumulates on the ball. To avoid static sparks, an anti-static device is installed to discharge accumulated static charges.

 Drainage & Bleeding: When the valve is closed, fluid is blocked by the upstream and downstream seats. Trapped medium in the body cavity can be drained or vented through a discharge device.

 Locking Device: Manual ball valves are equipped with a lockable structure at full-open and full-closed positions to prevent misoperation and undesired switching caused by unexpected line vibration. This design is particularly effective in production lines handling flammable petroleum and chemical media, as well as for valves installed in outdoor piping systems.

 Full Bore & Reduced Bore Structure: To meet diverse customer needs, our ball valves are available in full-bore and reduced-bore series. Full-bore valves have a bore diameter equal to the pipeline ID, facilitating pipeline pigging. Reduced bore valves are lighter in weight, with flow resistance only about 1/7 of that of globe valves of the same size, giving them broad application prospects.
