1. Product Introduction

A PTFE-lined valve is a corrosion-resistant valve with a composite structure of a metal shell lined with fluoropolymers. Using compression molding or insert molding processes, fluoroplastics such as PTFE (F4), FEP (F46), and PFA are lined on the parts in contact with the medium, such as the valve body and plug. It combines the mechanical strength of the metal shell with the excellent corrosion resistance of fluoroplastics, and is specially designed for pipelines with highly corrosive media.
