1. Product Introduction

A pressure reducing valve is an automatic control component that stably reduces high inlet fluid pressure to a low outlet pressure and automatically maintains constant outlet pressure. It is widely used in fluid systems to ensure equipment safety and stable process conditions.

Its core working principle is based on a pressure balance closed-loop: the outlet pressure is fed back to the regulating mechanism, achieving dynamic balance with spring force. The valve spool opening is adjusted to offset fluctuations in inlet pressure and flow, thus achieving stable pressure regulation.


2. Technical Specifications

 Nominal Diameter (DN): 15500mm, determines flow capacity and must match the pipeline size.

 Nominal Pressure (PN): 1.016.0MPa, the long-term working pressure limit, which must be greater than or equal to the system working pressure.

 Outlet Pressure Range: 0.0225MPa, covering common applications such as 0.20.8MPa (civil) and 0.41.6MPa (industrial).

 Pressure Deviation: 1%5%FS; pilot-operated types 1%, direct-acting types 10%.

 Flow Coefficient (Kv/Cv): 42700, positively correlated with the nominal diameter; DN200 corresponds to Kv 630.
