Product Features

1. V-Type Ball Core and Valve Seat

   This is the core for precise regulation and shearing function. The V-notch angles (commonly 30, 45, 60) determine the flow characteristics. The valve seat usually adopts a spring-loaded movable structure, which automatically compensates for wear, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life.
2. Sealing Types
   • Soft seal (PTFE, PPL, PEEK): Achieves bubble-tight (Class VI) zero leakage, suitable for general service conditions.
   • Metal-to-metal hard seal: High temperature and high pressure resistance, suitable for severe service conditions.
   • Valve body structure: Mostly integrally cast without pipe joints, compact structure, preventing deformation or leakage caused by pipeline stress.
3. High Hardness Anodized Actuator

   The cylinder is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, treated with hard anodizing, offering high toughness and scratch resistance.
4. Baked-on Paint Design

   The end covers are treated with a baking paint process, which is not easy to peel off, providing better protection for the cylinder body.
5. Corrosion Resistance
