The electric hard-sealed butterfly valve is a high-performance valve composed of an electric actuator and a triple-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve body. It is mainly used for on-off or regulating control of media in industrial piping systems.

Unlike conventional rubber soft-sealed valves, its sealing pair (seat and disc) is made of metal-to-metal or metal-to-hard alloy, specifically engineered for severe conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, and abrasive media with particles or dust. It is widely applied in automated control fields including petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, gas, and steam.

Sealing surfaces are hard-faced with stainless steel and alloys (e.g., cobalt-based, nickel-based), capable of withstanding high temperatures above 550C and high pressure with stable performance.
Zero-Leakage Sealing

The precision wedge structure provides a self-sealing effect that tightens with closing force, achieving a leakage rate up to ANSI Class VI (bubble-tight).
Corrosion & Erosion Resistance

The seat and disc are hardened (via spray welding or overlaying) to resist corrosion and erosion, ideal for abrasive media like slurry, dust, and fibrous fluids.
