The six-eccentric butterfly valve is a high-precision, full-eccentric industrial butterfly valve, iteratively improved based on three-eccentric and four-eccentric designs.

It features six-fold eccentric geometry: shaft axial eccentricity, radial eccentricity, sealing cone eccentricity, seat eccentricity, disc surface eccentricity, and flow path streamline eccentricity.

This design eliminates friction and wear during the full opening/closing cycle. Its sealing performance, high temperature/pressure resistance, erosion resistance, and corrosion resistance far exceed those of three- and four-eccentric butterfly valves.

Ideal for ultra-supercritical power plants, high-end petrochemical plants, LNG, coal chemical, vacuum pipelines, long-distance gas transmission, and other severe service applications. Suitable for both on-off and throttling control.

1. Six-Dimensional Eccentric Geometry The disc contacts the seat only at the moment of full closure, eliminating scratching and wear. The smooth operating trajectory prevents jamming or seizure.
2. Bi-Directional Zero Leakage Sealing performance up to Class VI. Metal-to-metal hard seal + composite seal combination with pressure-assisted self-tightening: higher pressure = tighter seal, maintaining absolute sealing even under vacuum conditions.
3. Low Operating Torque & Energy Savings Optimized flow path and sealing geometry minimize fluid resistance and operating torque. Can be paired with smaller actuators, reducing both initial investment and long-term maintenance costs.
