Product Introduction

The electric ball valve consists of a ball valve body and an electric actuator. It features 90 rotary operation, low flow resistance, tight sealing, and quick opening/closing. It supports remote PLC automatic control. Corrosion-resistant lined versions are suitable for acid, alkali, sewage, and chemical pipelines, and are primarily used to shut off or open/close media.
It is widely applicable in industries including natural gas, oil products, chemical, metallurgy, urban construction, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, and food. Anti-sulfur series products are designed for natural gas long-distance pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide, with impurities and severe corrosion.

Product Features

  1. Valve Seat Sealing Structure
    The floating ball valve adopts a double-inclined elastic sealing ring or V-groove elastic sealing ring design to ensure reliable sealing. For low-pressure, ultra-low-pressure or vacuum conditions, a spring-loaded valve seat sealing structure is used to ensure long-term reliable sealing. Valve seat materials for medium and high-temperature ball valves can be selected as ( polyphenylene) or metal materials.
  2. Automatic Pressure Relief Structure
    When the pressure in the middle cavity rises abnormally, the medium in the middle cavity can automatically push the valve seat to release pressure, ensuring the safety of the valve body.
  3. Reliable Valve Stem Sealing
    The valve stem adopts a bottom-loaded structure with inverted sealing. The sealing force of the inverted seal increases with medium pressure, ensuring reliable sealing of the valve stem. Additionally, when the valve cavity pressure rises abnormally, the stem will not blow out.
  4. Fire-Safe Structure
    The ball valve can be designed with a fire-safe structure according to working conditions and user requirements. The fire-safe design complies with standards such as API 607, API 6FA, and JB/T 6899. If the soft sealing ring is damaged by fire, the fire-safe structure prevents large-scale medium leakage and stops the fire from spreading.
  5. Anti-Static Structure
    Friction between the ball and valve seat during operation generates static electricity that accumulates on the ball. To prevent static sparks, an anti-static device is installed on the valve to discharge the accumulated charge from the ball.
  6. Locking Device
    Lockable structures are designed at the fully open and fully closed positions of manual ball valves to prevent misoperation and unintended switching caused by unpredictable line vibration. This feature is particularly valuable in flammable petroleum and chemical production lines, as well as outdoor piping applications.
  7. Full Bore and Reduced Bore Structures
    To meet different user needs, the ball valve is available in both full bore and reduced bore versions. Full bore ball valves have a channel inner diameter consistent with the pipe inner diameter, facilitating line cleaning. Reduced bore ball valves are relatively lighter, offering broader application prospects.
